Monday morning at 9am saw the official oath to citizenship take place at the council room of the Mayor's Office in Székesfehérvár. Vidi's long serving defender was present together with Director of Football Zoltan Kovacs and Manager Joan Carrillo as well as our scout Filipe Oliveira. 

"I am very happy that as of today I also have Hungarian citizenship. I consider Hungary and Szekesfehervar within to be my second home for many years now. I am proud to have served Vidi for more than seven years. I have been here the longest after Vinicius and Istvan Kovacs. This is understandable as I have spent the large part of my career at the club. There have been so many unforgettable moments at Vidi. I really hope that there are still plenty more to happen in Szekesfehervar" - commented a very happy Stopira.
