Marco Rossi named his squad ahead of the important September 9th qualifier with Slovakia. The national team boss included 3 players from Vidi in the squad that reported to Telki on Monday for training. 

Istvan Kovacs and Adam Kovacsik were able to fully train with the others in Monday's session. However, Mate Patkai is not yet 100% fit and he did not take part according to mlsz.hu.

Hungary are in friendly action on Thursday evening with a visit to Montenegro for the 20:45pm kick off. Then they take on Slovakia in an important qualifier next Monday at the Groupama Arena in Budapest. Hungary go into that game having won three and lost one of the four games so far. That puts them top of the group but they have played one more game than the others. 

Slovakia beat Hungary 2-0 in their home qualifier. Goals from Szalai and Patkai earned a 2-1 home win over Croatia before a Willi Orban double and one from Holman gave Hungary a 3-1 win away in Azerbaijan. Mate Patkai scored the only goal as Hungary beat Wales in Budapest in the most recent qualifier.
