The Hungarian Cup final is the one that stands out, but we still want to get all 6 points from our remaining 2 league games. MTK, just like last week’s opponents DVTK, are in a difficult situation as they battle to avoid relegation. We must not focus with this but to make sure we get back on the winning road ahead of our cup final. Sport does not work that you can just lean back a little and then be fully ready for the final game. We need to keep our motivation levels high throughout. We did not have problems with this at Diosgyőr, and we had chances that we did not convert. You cannot win matches like this and we need to be even more effective in front of the opponent’s goal if we are to keep the 3 points at home" - commented manager Marko Nikolic.
