The young winger will link up with Vidi after arriving from Debrecen.

DVSC and Videoton FC have reached an agreement on Bence Sos joining our club.
The young winger was born in Hodmezovasarhely on the 10th May 1994. He signed for Debrecen at the age of 17. He had originally played for his local side in the third division. He also played for their U17 team becoming top goalscorer with 51 goals.
He moved to DVSC in the winter of 2015 and would remain there for four seasons. Sos went out on loan to then NB II side Mezokovesd. He played regularly for them and would make several appearances in the NB I. He moved back to Debrecen after a year and a half away in the summer of 2017 and would go onto make 44 NB I appearances, which produced 5 goals.
"It was never a question for me to accept the offer from Vidi. Their playing strength and the background means that this is a step forward in my career. It is very appealing to me and I hope to be able to perform in European competition. I am looking forward to working together and becoming a useful member of the team. There will be plenty of competition as we have players here that have made their mark even for their country. I enjoy a challenge and I will do everything to make sure that I have a place in the starting team. Things have really taken off for me over the last few days and I am pleased that I can join Vidi for pre-season" - commented new signing Bence Sos.
"We have been following Bence for a while now and we where already watching him when he was out on loan for Mezokovesd. He has plenty of pace and has a good character so I am sure that with time, he can become a key player for Vidi. If he can give his maximum, then that could mean him rattling the gates of the national team. However, we are talking first about a winger that will increase the tactical possibilities for te coaching staff" - commented Zoltan Kovacs.
Bence Sos has signed a long term deal with the club.

Vidi will enter the Europa League at the Q1 stage with the draw taking place in Nyon.

The Vidi captain spoke at the start of the pre-season training camp in Austria.

The team will play several friendlies during their stay in Austria.

Vidi will head off to their training camp in Austria on Saturday as they prepare for the new 2019-20 season.

Vidi's midfielder scored Hungary's winning goal against Wales on Tuesday evening in the 1-0 win.

The international players continue to be away on international duty.
