The players continue to work hard with the coaching staff in Benidorm.
The third pre-season friendly game was played in Spain on Friday afternoon. Romanian side CFR Cluj emerged 3-0 winners against Vidi. Saturday morning was about regeneration and those players that played at least 30 minutes headed to the gym to work with Goran Basarics. The others walked over to the nearby training pitch for a session with the ball.
Lunch was followed by the usual period of rest, before the whole squad started the second session of the day at 16:00pm. Polish side Legia Warsaw played a friendly game against Danish team Sikeborg on a nearby training pitch and won 2-0.
The play for Sunday is to spend the majority of the day resting. There will be a training session as part of the program in the morning. The final friendly of the first training camp will be played on Monday. Further details regarding this match will be released shortly.
