Hungary have a difficult World Cup qualifier on Sunday evening against Portugal in Budapest.

Mate Patkai played the entire match against Latvia on Thursday. Hungary comfortably beat their group rivals 3-1 at the Groupama Arena but a much harder game lies ahead. Patkai has now played 6 games for his country and hopes to get the chance to impress again against Portugal.
"As I played 90 minutes against Latvia on Thursday, I am hopeful of featuring on Sunday but we do not yet know the starting line-up. There are one or two slight injury worries and also tiredness in the team. Naturally we have trained and done some tactical elements. I do not know how we will start and how attacking or defensive we will end up being. It will be a different and much harder game as the European Champions are visiting us. It would be great to pick up a point or more and we will be working hard to make this happen" - commented Mate Patkai ahead of Sunday's game.

Vidi travel to Budapest on Sunday for an OTP league game at Ferencvaros.

It is back to OTP league action for Marko Nikolic and his side on Sunday.

The experienced player will remain with the club until the summer of 2020.
