"Despite leading 1-0 in Sunday's game, our opponents still had chances and I felt throughout that we had the match in our hands. We ended up comfortably keeping the 3 points at home. Our attacking play was very stable and we created several chances on top of the goals that we scored. We could have won by a larger margin had we managed to convert some of those chances. We totally deserved our win over Ferencvaros. I was delighted to score the first goal. I do not think that I have scored against Fradi previously if I remember well. I am now looking forward to the two international games for Hungary. If I am given the chance to play in those games, I will do all I can to show that the national team boss can count on me" - commented Mate Patkai.
