The Hungarian national team played a World Cup qualifying game in Lisbon on Saturday evening. Paulo Vinicius was in the starting line-up in what was his debut after recently becoming a Hungarian citizen. The Videoton central defender played the entire match at the Benfica stadium.

Portugal emerged 3-0 winners to remain in second place, while Hungary are a position behind in third. Fellow Vidi defender Attila Fiola was also named in the original squad but missed the match through a slight injury.
