The morning was spent in the gym before an afternoon session at the Marbella sports centre.
The 7th day of the Spanish training camp started with breakfast at 9.00am. The players were then split into two groups in the gym. Lunch was served at 13.00pm, which was followed by a period of relaxation. The players boarded the team bus at 15.30pm for the short journey to the Marbella Football Centre training pitch. A short warm up and some ball work dominated the training session, which included finishing work for the forwards. The squad sat down for dinner at 19.00pm.
