July was mainly about the Europa League and victory over Moldovan and Serbian opponents.
Vidi were paired against Serbian club Cukaricki in July 2016. Videoton had already defeated Moldovan side Zaria Balti in the Q1 stage. The first game ended in a 2-0 win in Felcsut thanks to goals from Bodi and Suljic. A goal from Geresi in the second leg gave the red and blues a 3-1 aggregate win to go through.
