The international defender will join Dijon FCO.
Dijon FCO and Videoton FC have agreed on the defender continuing his career with the French first division club. The transfer was authorised by FIFA on Monday afternoon.
The 23 year old from Veszprem, Hungary moved to Videoton last June and made 36 appearances and scored 2 goals for Vidi. His last match for Videoton saw him score twice in a 5-1 win against Debrecen. He has been capped 15 times by Hungary and played in all of the matches at the European Championships in France during the summer.
"We received an offer for Adam Lang, which we could not say no to. The French club will be paying a serious transfer fee for the international defender. We have managed to sell another one of our players to a top European league. Videoton FC can be proud of this. Adam understandably wanted to try his luck abroad, so I feel that everyone can be pleased with this transfer. I would like to thank him in the name of Vidi for his performances and the good work he carried out for our club" - commented Zoltan Kovacs, director of football for Videoton FC.
We wish Adam Lang the best of luck in his continued career!
