We continue our series of looking back on the last 12 months. Vidi were involved in European competition in July.
Vidi travelled to Wales to play TNS on the 14th July. The game at the Park Hall Stadium saw Videoton enter the competition at the Champions League Q2 stage. An Adam Gyurcso goal after 77 minutes was enough to secure a 1-0 first leg lead. Full time in the second leg ended with the Welsh side leading 1-0. That took the tie in to extra time and a goal from Gyurcso saw Vidi through to the next round.
