Hungary will play the first leg play off match against Norway in Oslo on the 12th November. The return leg in Budapest will be played 3 days later on the 15th November. The winners will qualify for the European Championship in France.

There are five players from Videoton in the squad, which was announced by the national team manager. The large squad will then be reduced in size on Friday by Storck. The U21 side have a match against Israel and some of those left out of the squad will drop down to feature for the U21's.
