Mihaly Fábián took his refereeing badge back in 1994, working his way up the county leagues. Fabian quickly became a first division referee in 2002. The experienced official then progressed to become a FIFA international official in 2007. It will be his first match as a referee involving a Videoton match this season.

The referee from Miskolc was in charge of last seasons Vidi - KTE (1-0) league win. Fabian will be assisted by Zsolt Varga and Tamas Markus. Fourth official will be Gabor Eros.
