Joan Carrillo: "We were clear with the fact that we would be visiting the home of good opponents. Each of our games against Ujpest this season have proven difficult. Ujpest have good players and they also have a very good manager. We also knew that our 1-0 first leg lead would be a dangerous lead to take in to the match at the Megyeri ut stadium. I am pleased that we have made it in to the cup final. I can only repeat myself when I say that we beat a very good side in the semi-final. I would like to thank my players, the Vidi supporters and my family as well."

Vignjevic Nebojsa: "Congratulations to Videoton FC. The better side made it in to the cup final. I can say that over the two games, the Fehervar side have many good players within their squad, and they were able to make better use of the chances that came their way. They have produced an excellent performance in both the league and the cup and they deserve to play in the Hungarian cup final. What I will say about the match is that we did not start as aggressively as I would have liked. We gave too much space to our opponents, who took real advantage of that. We tried to shake ourselves up in the second half and close down the space that Videoton FC had to play in. Overall I feel that although we were not able to achieve our dreams, we must still carry on in the league campaign. I would like to wish Videoton FC lots of luck in the cup final!"
