A Videoton FC tulajdonosán kívül, új tagként Nyilasi Tibor és Török Gábor kerültek a nyolcfős elnökségbe. A szövetséget továbbra is Csányi Sándor vezeti.
A Magyar Labdarúgó Szövetség (MLSZ) április 2-án tartotta éves közgyűlését, melyen tisztújításokra és új személyek felvételére is sor került. Az elnökségből kikerült a tisztségéről lemondó Tarsoly Csaba, helyére - az NB I-es klubok ajánlására - Garancsi Istvánt választották a küldöttek. Vizi E. Szilvesztert és Kovács Árpádot pedig Nyilasi Tibor és Török Gábor váltja az elnökségben. Az MLSZ elnöke - egyhangú szavazás után - Csányi Sándor maradt újabb öt évre.
Az MLSZ vezetése az április 2-ai közgyűlés után:
Elnök: Csányi Sándor.
Elnökségi tag: Balogh Gabriella, Bánki Erik, Berzi Sándor, Dankó Béla, Garancsi István, Nyilasi Tibor, dr. Anthony Radev és dr. Török Gábor.
