Roland Juhasz officially said goodbye to Anderlecht on Sunday evening

Vidi's international defender was the special guest at his former club Anderlecht who faced Genk in a league game in Brussels.

"I received an invitation from my previous club a few weeks ago, and with Videoton's fixture list being free on Sunday evening, I was delighted to travel to Belgium. I was one of the special guests for their league match with Genk, and it was the time for me to officially say goodbye, seeing as I moved to Szekesfehervar a year and a half ago. Things happened really quickly back then, and I did not really have time for this. The Belgium supporters prepared a "welcome home" banner, and they stood up to clap before the match. It still brings a chill to my spine when I think back to the reception I was given on Sunday evening. I spent eight very good and successful years with Anderlecht. Now as I went back again, it did not feel as if I had been away for a year and a half, but rather a few days since I left.

The management of the club gifted me with a big poster, which has me celebrating a goal on it against AEK. This goal proved to be one of the best moments during my time at the Brussels club. It really was a super feeling and a lovely gesture from Anderlecht, and also the love that I received from the Belgium supporters. It also was really good to hear them sing my name around the stadium. The man of the match was Laszlo Koteles in the Genk goal. It was down to him that the visitors went home with a point" - commented Roland Juhasz, who is now back in Hungary and at Telki preparing for the international qualifiers.
