The two managers gave their thoughts on the match.

Joan Carrillo: "We started the match at a good tempo, managing to create a couple of chances, but we could not convert them. It was really hard to play on this pitch, but naturally not only for us, but also for the home team. We dictated play, and then Niko scored a lovely goal, while the second goal came from a practiced move. The main aim in the second half was to retain possession and also score more goals. However, the pitch did not allow this to happen. Fortunately we won our tenth consecutive game, which against all contrary opinion is an extremely difficult task. A team can only manage to do this if they are made up of very professional players, and I am not just thinking about the players in today's squad, but the work from the entire coaching staff. The backing of the supporters is also needed, and we would like to thank them for their support."
Véber György: "Today's game was like playing against a foreign side in international competition. Videoton FC comfortably beat us. We were hoping for a draw before the match, but looking at the gameplay, this was never a reality. I would have been curious to know how the Fehervar side would have reacted when the score was at 0-0, and the match official did not give us a valid goal. Vidi deservedly won the match overall!"

The midfielder has received his first call-up for the national squad, and he was satisfied with the teams performance against Pecs. He is really looking forward to being with the international squad.

Nikolics matched the goalscoring feat of Gyozo Burcsa, while Joan Carrillo has now managed Vidi to a new club record!

We asked the international forward for his views on Saturday's game.

We asked the Vidi head coach about the kind of match he was expecting on Saturday evening.

Gyorgy Veber's side did not begin the new season too well, but have found their feet over recent weeks to sit in ninth place in the table.

The match will kick off at 18:00pm on Saturday evening.
