Joan Carrillo: "I would firstly like to thank the supporters, who backed us throughout the game. They played a very big part in today's success! If they continue to support us in a similar fashion in the future, then it will really give us a great chance to continue down the route we have started. With regards to the match itself, the most important aspect was that the players were clear with the fact that MTK are strong opponents. We prepared throughout the whole week that we would require a good tempo and intensity to beat MTK. Thankfully we managed to do this, and the players worked very well during the whole 90 minutes. I am very satisfied!"

Garami József: "I would like to congratulate Vidi, who played very well! Sadly we conceded a goal in the first minute after a bad mistake. We then tried to draw level by playing through the middle, but the Fehervar side were clever and took over the midfield. They managed to get hold of the ball with their quick midfielders, which helped them win the battles. The fact that we conceded goals in the first and 91st minute put a stamp on the match. We conceded three goals after gifting our opponents the ball, which was unfamiliar of us. We did try things in the second half, and there were one or two chances to score, but Vidi were also better in this side of the game."
