The experienced match official will be in charge of the first ever league fixture at the Pancho Arena.

Viktor Kassai was born in Tatabanya and took his refereeing badge in 1990. He has officiated in the top division since 1999, and on the international stage since 2003. Kassai was involved in 5 of Vidi's games last season, which included the 3-1 win at Siofok, the 3-1 home win over Debrecen, the 1-1 draw with Ujpest as well as the 1-1 draw at Győri ETO. He was also the match official for the 1-0 away win over Ferencvaros. Kassai was also the referee this season when Vidi recorded a 2-0 win at the Ferenc Puskas stadium against Ferencvaros, and the 1-1 draw away at the ETO Park against Győr.
Kassai's also refereed the match between Videoton and Ujpest that ended in a 3-0 win over the Budapest side at the Sostoi. His most recent matches were the away fixture at Haladas in December, which ended in a 1-1 draw and the 2-1 win at the home of MTK last month. It will be Kassai's 6th match involving Videoton this season.
He will be assisted by Robert Kispal and Oszkar Lemon, with the goal line officials being Gyongyi Gaal and Sandor Ando Szabo. The fourth official will be Istvan Albert.
