- This will be a friendly match, which will give us the chance to eliminate the mistakes, which appeared during the recent get togethers. I am curious to see if those things that we worked on would work in real match situations. This is all part of the team spirit as we look ahead to the qualification matches in September. As I have said previously, I will be using a tight squad, so not all of the players will be playing against Finland. There are also some players in the squad who I have not had the chance to look at or have a personal experience of them. I have also not called up some other players as I already know what they are capable of doing, and I know that I can count on them. The main priority is to put a team together that can be built on over many years.
