Vidi's Arturo Alvarez shared his thoughts on the 3-0 win over the Puskas Academy.

"If someone looks only at the result, then they would probably think that it was an easy match. However, I feel that it was in fact a difficult game. This is what we prepared for and we knew that we would not have an easy job, with the opponents playing well in the first half. We had to continuously keep them under pressure to achieve our aims. We finally managed to break down the Puskas Academy defence with the first goal. We then had more chances after that where we scored a further two goals. I am pleased that we won the game. I received a good ball from Sandor leading up to my goal, which I connected well with the outside of my left foot. I could see how the keeper positioned himself, which is why I chose this method to score, and I have dreamt of doing.
We said before the season that our aim would be to win the league title, which is why we work hard day after day. I feel that we are on the right road" - said Arturo Alvarez to vidi.hu
