Videoton's B team began pre-season training, ahead of the new 2013-14 season, at Felcsut on Monday afternoon. Istvan Szijjarto took the training session, having previously worked in Felcsut, but most recently was coach of Honved's reserve side.

"I know around 90% of the squad from the past, and they are clever, hungry for success. We have not looked at concrete aims for the league campaign yet, but just as we have had until now, we will be working hard on a very close relationship between the first and second team. I am satisfied with the players, and I can confirm that they are all in good condition following the first training session" - commented coach Istvan Szijjarto to Vidi.hu.

There were a total of 18 players who took part in the first training session, made up of 3 keepers and 15 outfield players. They will undergo a medical test on Tuesday before two daily training sessions on both Thursday and Friday.
