Videoton play their first home league match of the year on Friday evening, when bottom of the table Siofok are the visitors. Last weekend's league matches were postponed due to the bad weather, with Vidi having recorded two 4-0 away wins against Honved and Egri beforehand. Videoton will take on Karoly Horvath's Siofok side in great form, after beating Pecs in both legs of the league cup semi-final. Siofok have picked up just 9 points from their 19 league games to date. They have lost both of the spring games by the same 2-1 scoreline, suffering defeats to both Haladas and Győr.

World Cup Qualifier

The international squad head to Turkey for an important World cup qualifier on Tuesday. Sandor Egervari's side were very unfortunate when they conceded an injury time goal against Romania on Friday evening. That resulted in a 2-2 draw and two vital points dropped. Vidi's Istvan Kovacs made his debut after coming on in the second half. Both Adam Gyurcso and Kovacs travelled with Hungary on Monday. Hungary sit in second place in Group D with 10 points from 5 games.
