Second division Vac failed to take to the pitch for the second time running
Videoton's quarterfinal Hungarian Cup match against Vac was postponed after the Vac club failed to show. It was similar to Saturday's first leg tie away at Dunakanyar Vac, who have been suffering from financial and internal problems. Saturday's game did not go ahead after the Vac players chose to protest against their owner, with the match official having no alternative but to postpone that game, 30 minutes after the due kick off time.
The visitors dressing room at the Sostoi stadium was empty, leading up to Wednesday's second leg match, and this is how it remained giving match official Adam Nemeth no alternative, but to call off the tie. The Hungarian FA will now make an official decision during the week as to the outcome of this chaotic situation. With Vidi missing out on yet another competitive game, they moved quickly to arrange a friendly on Wednesday evening against the Puskas Academy. The 90 minutes will be valuable for manager José Gomes, whose side return to league action on Sunday with an away fixture at Honved.

The match against Scotland will be played on the 5th March in the Scottish city of Dundee.
