Young Uros Nikolics helped himself to two goals in Saturday's 6-3 cup win at ZTE
"I am delighted to have scored my first goal in a competitive match for Videoton. I received a great ball in the fifth minute from Mitrovics, so I did not have too much to do to finish it off. I needed a little bit of luck with my second goal, as the home keeper parried a Gyurcso shot into my path, and I managed to volley it in to the back of the net. I am very happy, but the most important thing is that we won the match, and did it convincingly, despite the fact that we were down to ten men for a long period. José Gomes asked me to be brave and switch on to our attacks. I had to look after the defensive side of midfield previously. Now it is just as important for me to link up and be active when we go forward. I hope that I can score goals in the league over the spring season. Naturally, the most important thing is that the team can be successful, and I feel that we have every chance of doing this" - said the delighted Serbian midfielder, Uros Nikolics.
