The first team squad were delayed for many hours in Paris on the way to Spain
Videoton's first team squad finally arrived at Malaga airport, in the south of Spain, late Wednesday evening. They had been held back for many hours at Paris airport, while there were also problems with the baggage, which did not arrive together with the players. Hopefully it will be reunited with the players on Thursday afternoon! It was a very frustrating and long day for the players and coaching staff, which is why they were pleased to finally have a late dinner, before a well earned sleep.

The players will head to the training pitch on Thursday for some training, under the watchful eyes of coach Joan Carrillo Milan, who will hold two sessions during the day.

Playing squad that travelled out to Spain: Bozsovics, Tujvel, Somodi, Szolnoki, Kaká, Brachi, Vinícius, Szekeres, Hector, Stopira, Caneira, Gyurcsó, Haraszti, Kovács, Tóth, Mitrovics, Oliveira, Uros Nikolics, Paraiba, Torghelle, Nikolics. Three players from the second team also joined the first team squad: Kleinheisler, Fabio and Luque, while U19 player Zsótér Donát, who played in several of the league cup matches over autumn, also joined them. |
