Vidi have a league cup final against Kecskemet on Wednesday, before an away league match at ZTE

League cup final
Kecskemét - Videoton FC Wednesday 18th April, K.O.: 17.30pm

The attention switches to the league cup on Wednesday as Vidi look to pick up the trophy they twice recently won. In their way will be Kecskemet, who are an in form side at the moment. Vidi lifted up the league cup in back to back seasons recently. KTE themselves have done very well this season, and Paulo Sousa's side will be looking to beat the team that dashed Vidi's hopes of a league and cup double last season. Kecskemet qualified from group D, emerging ahead of Paks, Ujpest and Szolnok. They then saw off MTK in the quarter finals, before beating Debrecen over two legs in the semi final. It was an impressive feat as they completed a 5-1 aggregate win over the current league leaders. Videoton meanwhile also won their group, coming top ahead of MTK, Honved and Gyirmot. The red and blues then beat Diosgyőr over two legs to face Lombard Papa in the last four. A 3-0 away win was followed by a 1-0 home win, giving Paulo Sousa's side a 4-0 win on aggregate.

OTP bank league division one
ZTE - Videoton FC Saturday 21st April, K.O.: 15.00pm

ZTE have yet to pick up a win in what has been a miserable league season for them. They have drawn 8 and lost the rest of the matches, which means that they will be playing second division football next year. Laszlo Prukner's side are rooted to the bottom with Vasas occupying the other relegation place. Prukner took over ZTE after week 8 of the present season. They have collected 7 points from a possible 48, despite being difficult to beat on their home pitch. They lost away at Kecskement on Saturday by a 2-0 scoreline, while Vidi comfortably beat Vasas 4-1 a day later. ZTE are 15 points from safety with just six games remaining meaning that if they fail to win on Saturday, they will be mathematically relegated. The two met earlier this season, with Vidi winning 4-0, thanks to a strong second half performance. They also have Denes Szakaly on loan from Vidi, while former left back, Sandor Hidvegi could feature against his former club at the weekend.
