A week that includes two away matches

Vidi travel to MTK in the Hungarian cup before a weekend league game at Pecs

Hungarian cup, semi-final first leg
MTK - Videoton FC
Wednesday 21st March - Kick off: 17:00pm

Vidi have the chance to quickly get Sunday's defeat to Debrecen out of their system. Paulo Sousa's men take a rest from league football, with a Hungarian cup semi final tie away in Budapest, at the home of second division MTK. The blues currently lead division two with a healthy lead at the top. Vidi have already made the visit to the Hungaria stadium, earlier this season, when they lost by a single goal in the league cup, back in August.

Pécsi MFC - Videoton FC
Saturday 24th March - Kick off: 17:00pm

A very tough game lies ahead on Saturday with a long journey south to face Pecs. There is sure to be a good crowd inside their tight ground for this league fixture. Pecs, who were promoted last season, have only lost once this season at home, and that came in their last home match against Ferencvaros, where they suffered a surprising 2-0 defeat. Vidi have already beaten them 4-1 earlier in the autumn, and will be hoping to make it a league double over the them. Pecs are still in with a chance of finishing in the top three, which would be a remarkable finish to their return to the top flight. They will be in confident mood after their good 2-1 away win at Kecskemet on Saturday.
