Vidi duo face tough Polish test on Tuesday

Akos Elek and Gyorgyi Sandor have travelled with Sandor Egervari's Hungarian squad to Poznan

Hungary fresh from their 5-0 friendly win over Liechtenstein on Friday, flew to Poznan in Poland, on Monday morning, ahead of their second friendly game inside four days. Videoton pair Akos Elek and Gyorgyi Sandor, together with former Vidi players Pal Lazar and Zoltan Liptak will all be eager to make a good impression in Tuesday evening's match. The game will also see the opening of the new stadium in Poznan, which is set to be one of the stadiums used for this summers European Championships in Poland and the Ukraine. Elek came on as a second half substitute in Friday's match in Budapest, while Gyorgy Sandor failed to make the substitutes bench. Elek looks likely to start Tuesday's game, and has become part of the backbone of Egervari's side. He almost scored with a powerful header, which the Liechtenstein keeper did well to palm away from close range.
