Bratic and Sandor found the back of the net in the 1-1 draw
Pre-season friendly:
Videoton FC - FK Spartak Zlatibor Voda 1-1 (0-1)
Videoton played the first friendly of the pre-season campaign on Saturday afternoon. They were up against Serbian first division side FK Spartak Zlatibor Voda, in front of a few hundred fans, who braved the cold January weather. Gyorgy Mezey had said earlier in the week that he had planned to give each player a half each. This applied to all except for Martin Izing, Attila Polonkai and Daniel Nagy, with the latter two suffering from slight injuries. Vidi lined up in the first half with the following eleven: Sebők - Lázár, Milanovics, Farkas, Andics - Szakály, Vasziljevics, Elek Á., Gosztonyi - Alves, Nikolics. Those inside the Sstoi stadium did not have long to wait for the first goal, which came after six minutes. It came from a 30 meter free kick, which went into the box and was met by Bratic to give the visitors the lead, (0-1). The game began to flow better following that early goal, but Vidi managed very little in front of the oppositions goal. Things could have become worse after 20 minutes, with Nemanja Nikolics (the namesake of Vidi's striker), sent an effort over Sebok's bar. Vidi carved out a chance four minutes later, when Lazar crossed form the wing, and Alves flicked it on to Vasziljevics, but keeper Aleksic coped well with that. Alves then went on a run down the left after 26 minutes, but he was dispossessed on the edge of the area. Vasziljevics had a chance after 32 minutes, with Alves shooting from a tight angle but that went wide of the Serbian goal .
Gyorgy Mezey changed his entire side at the break, with the exception of Andre Alves, and lined up as follows: Bozsovics - Szolnoki, Lipták, Vaskó, Hidvégi - Lencse, Sándor, Djordjic, Ponczók - Alves (Elek B.), Vujovics. There were further chances in the second period, with Ponczok curling the ball at goal after 52 minutes, but it went just wide of the left hand corner. Vujovics also slipped the ball wide of both the keeper and the post on 54 minutes. Vidi then missed a massive chance on 61 minutes, following a Lencse - Vujovics - Alves combination, which ended 10cm wide of the post. Both Alves and Vujovics had further chances, but the equaliser finally came after 82 minutes. Vujovics was challenged inside the box and the referee pointed to the spot. Gyorgy Sandor kept his calm to place the ball into the back of the net to level (1-1). Bence Elek could have given Videoton a win with a minute left on the clock, but he was flagged offside.
