The simple aim tonight is to get all three points
The Videoton squad boarded the team coach following Thursday afternoon's training session, and headed to the beautiful setting of Tata. The players will unwind and relax as they look forward to the big away match at nearby Győri ETO. Vidi sit nicely at the top of the Monicomp League and an away win on Friday night would be a big step towards ending the autumn season in first position. Manager Gyorgy Mezey will hold a training session on Friday morning for the twenty man squad. The group will then have a joint lunch and an afternoon rest before they travel on to ETO Park, home of Győri ETO. Gyorgy Mezey spoke about the game ahead, "As the championship carries on, my job becomes easier before games, as the only thing that the environment around me wants to hear, is that we want to win the match and pick up the league title. So I will also say that we would like to win at Győr, and we will do everything to make sure that is what happens."
Gyorgy Mezey has named the following 20-man squad, which also included two players who will watch the match from the stand. The starting line-up will only be decided following Friday's training session.
