We did not sign any more new players than several other first division sides. That is another question that the media, decided to concentrate less on the other clubs transfers. I have mentioned several times that I do not wish to talk about the amount that we spent in the transfer market, as I believe that its to do with the owner of the club. The supporters have brought up the subject of team construction many times recently. They were also keen to know why the new players were not getting a bigger part when it comes to team selection. Getting into the side has its own rules and procedures, which have to be kept. At the same time, Bozsovics and Vasko have been playing regularly while Vasziljevics and Gosztonyi have also been getting chances to play. Two or three of the new signings are regularly playing for the side. I would say that it is quite normal.

We do not need to change too many things. which would need to happen if I were to play more of the new signings. We do not need that, as we only just missed out on winning the league title. The players performed well last season. I do not think that those players needed to be replaced from a professional point of view. The new transfers, for the reason that they are new, cannot command the main role. They need to constantly perform well in the reserves. I would not say that this has been felt so far. As to who is capable of what, is only seen when they work together in a group. The taste is in the pudding, and even I cannot say anything wiser than that! We also have to remember that the new players needed time to adjust and settle in to the new surroundings. It has taken two-three months for example, for Mutumba to get to the stage where he can now be considered for things.

I plan to have him on the bench for the Paks game. I would also mention Bozsovics, who made some errors, and both he and the team needed to work on them, and he needed time to get to the stage where his self confidence recovered, and he could get back into the side in goal. The players need to be patient and show understanding. There are also such players that do not meet the expected hopes. There have been cases in  the past where big players have not produced at major clubs.
