Zalaegerszeg are a strong side in the Hungarian first division, who have a gritty manager, which thanks to that, has made the side a well organised and prepared team. They will be even more motivated playing at home, and play in front of good crowds that create a good atmosphere. We have to prepare for this. Videoton have had a mixed bunch of results over the last decade in Zalaegerszeg. We would like to continue with a good win on Friday, in the league. I feel that we have every chance to do this, and lots of good work has been done over the week in training. The players are in a battling mood for the game. There will be one or two changes to the starting line up, compared to last weeks side. Polonkai was unable to train properly over the week. His thigh muscle has been causing him pain, and it looks as if that was caused by a spine problem. He has visited the doctor for tests, and will receive the needed treatment. Whether Pal Lazar starts the game, will be decided tomorrow. He would really like to play, but it is not certain if it is worth taking the risk. I am not sure whether it is worth taking a risk on him playing, after his knee was swollen following Hungary's win over Moldova. He was not part of the squad for last weeks game with Szolnok. A further injury to him, will not only result in him not playing for the team, but also the international side as well.
