Videoton face one of their biggest games at the weekend, when Ferencvaros come to town. Denes Szakaly and Nemanja Nikolics have worked with Laszlo Prukner, the manager of Saturday's opponents. He took over as manager from Craig Short in the summer. We asked the duo of their expectations of Prukner, and how far he could take Ferencvaros?

"I have realised so far that he is trying to give the same fire and passion to the Ferencvaros players, as we experienced in Kaposvar." - began Szakaly. "Laszlo Prukner built a good and united side at Kaposvar, where the atmosphere was always good. I believe that he wants to show that his style of work can bring success at a bigger club, around professional surroundings. Ferencvaros can achieve a lot if he can be successful there. It is well known that he always had a good relationship with his players, and he won me over personally with this. I have a lot to thank him for as he gave me confidence, when I first played in the first division."

Nikolics confirms the above: "Ferencvaros made the best appointment possible, to bring in Laszlo Prukner as manager. My opinion is that, if they allow him to work, they will produce good results. He is an ambitious manager, a good professional and a perfect teacher. He speaks a lot with the players in the dressing room, and the atmosphere was always great. He knows the players well, and can motivate everyone. I wish him every success with Ferencvaros, but only from next week!"
