Videoton's Somodi and Lencse started in the friendly game with Szolnok
The Hungarian U21 squad began a get together on Sunday, which included two Videoton players, Laszlo Lencse and Bence Somodi. The U21 side have a new manager in Antal Roth, following Sandor Egervari's promotion to the national side. Roth put his young squad throught their paces at the Hungarian technical centre of Telki. The U21 side played a friendly on Tuesday against Hungarian first division side Szolnok, which they won 2-1.
The young Hungarian side lined up as follows: Somodi Bence – Szokol Zsolt, Pintér Ádám, Debreceni András, Zámbó Bence – Tóth Bence, Simon Ádám, Gyömbér Gábor, Kulcsár Dávid – Lencse László, Balázs Zsolt. There were various changes made at the break, with Lencse describing Szolnok as a very good and experienced side. The U21 side face a challenging game in Bosnia on the 11th August in their European qualifying game. Lencse also scored the first goal for the national side before being replaced in the 71st minute.
